Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for NukeBG is VOLODS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16149306), registered office 29 Rosemary Avenue, Grimsby, England, DN34 4JN. For anything about your data, email nukebg@volods.com.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address, sign-in method (email link, Google or Apple) and the date you joined.
• Usage data: credits used, jobs run, API keys (stored only as hashes) and IP addresses for abuse and rate limiting.
• Files: the images and videos you upload and the results we produce.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your purchase details, never your card number.

How long we keep files

• Uploaded originals are deleted automatically within 24 hours.
• Results are kept for 7 days by default so you can download them again, then deleted.
• AI background plates you generate may be kept and reused so repeat prompts are free. They never contain your product.

We do not use your images or videos to train AI models.

Who processes data for us

• Vercel (website hosting and privacy-friendly, cookieless visitor analytics) and Supabase (our account and credit database).
• Google Cloud (storage and GPU processing) and Google Gemini (AI tools such as object removal and AI backgrounds).
• Stripe (payments, receipts and invoices).
• Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), Resend (sign-in emails), Google and Apple (if you choose to sign in with them).

Each processes only what it needs to provide its part of the service.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: one to keep you signed in and one to remember that you passed the bot check. No advertising or tracking cookies.

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and no personal identifiers. It records the page path (never query strings), the referring site, and your country, browser and device type, only in aggregate.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. To close your account yourself, use Close account at the bottom of your account page: it revokes your API keys, unlinks Google or Apple sign-in and removes your email address from the account straight away. We keep the payment and credit records the law requires for accounting, linked only to an anonymous ID, and a one-way hash of your old email so we can help if you write in. For anything else, email nukebg@volods.com from the address on your account. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
