Failed jobs are always free
Credits are held while a job runs and returned automatically if it fails, is rejected or is cancelled. You never pay for a result you didn't get.
Unused credit packs
You can request a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used any of its credits. If you have used some, we refund the unused part proportionally.
A result looks wrong?
Email us the job and we'll return the credits if the result wasn't usable.
How to ask
Email nukebg@volods.com from your account address, or reply to your receipt. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.
